140 porting emi undadu, if you are working on EAD..

all u need is 485J, which some companies dont prefer to sign as they did not initiate the Perm Process. or they dont have a Immigration Legal team to help them.

ok uncle... I am H1 b but planning to use my EAD in the new company.... just show them the card and join first and then work with attorney to file 485J? or do I have to initiate it first before I join?
