EAD and AP rendu approvals +cards vachayi for me and my wife recent ga. 

Mine is EB2- to EB3 downgrade , my PD is current in EB2 now with Jan bulletein.

Talked to attorney , he is kind of suggesting interfile +485J and not refile (which makes sense because he said :lot of money and what if dates retrogress for some reason).

Interfile+485J -around $750 and 1-2 weeks padtundi anta filling ki. 

Interfile manam cheyocha? if yes what is the process please share

Interfile ki tracking/receipts emi undavu anta --so we dont know whats going on , in this period EB3 current aite paristiti enti?

please file through attornet bro 1000 is nothing as it is important document and 485j as to be signed by employer

whehre is you caase at ?? not sure on SRC LIN , but if case got trasnferred to NBC you can expect some action bro @spicyfish
