naadi feb lo expiring bro but company pay chestadi, you can start with normal, i heard they are processing fast 2 months lo vachestundi (not 100% sure that is current)

but your eb2 number mapped to your A number is not removed from the list, unless they allocate a visa nunber for your A number this confusion will be there and both lanes are struck

the know a 485 app is mapped to eb3 ,who knows for example if yyou have eb2 approved in oldd company , e ocvtober lo current ayinddi , you mmight file one more

Do not put premium processing unless you need to travel. Naaku 1 and half month lo vachindi. H4 EAD twaraga vasthundi ani premium processing chestha ante aa aasalu pettukovadhu. It is not happening. Basic ga waste. Instead use that money for inter filing medicals

H-4 EAD no issue .. my wife is not interested to work ..  so elago H-4 EAD file cheyatledu since beginning .. 

yeah H-1B extn premium cheyanu .. but the thing is .. how soon attorney's apply for extension .. license lekapothe kashtam .. so apudu thappadu upgrade cheyaka to premium

Yes, he told they will only consider your downgrade once your date is current in it’s original category. He changes tune every other bulletin and he don’t have any clue on what he is doing anymore.
