No need to panic bro fingerprints appointment based on many factors vastunayi it depends on ASC location too bay area lo Oakland is moving slow , compared to San Jose etc 

So it will come but make sure you have informed delivery in usps in case mail.miss ayina etc

Call USCIS 1800, say clearly technical problems. I called them yesterday and they gave me the appointment time. It was confirmed twice and also confirmed by EMMA. Mine is Oct 28, Lin

hm..i called.. they said there are no finger print appointments available.. hence the delay and processing time is 11months

That's true bro until yiur ASC can accommodate your appoiintment USCIS IMO cannot help much , unless we missed the mail etc there are some location in Atlanta people applied in Nov first week also got finger print appointment
