yes bro no retrogression. He hinted that if retrogression happen then it may be on aug/sep of 2022 but highly unlikely.

1) Are u concerned EB wastage ?

Yes, hence dates were moved very aggressively, USCIS set to approve more visas since 2005, covid 19 related issues has affected operations. overseas posts are getting to normal since April 2021

2) Overseas post interview qn.

3) India eb2 eb3 retrogression next fiscal year?

Forward movement is usually done such that there wont be needed to retrogress. Retrogress usually happen later part of fiscal year (aug/sept)if at all it happens.

4) Why EB2 FAD not advancing faster?

Have advanced. subject to number availability and demand, also based on weekly grouping

5) will there be EB unused numbers for next fiscal year ?

hard to answer. if covid concerns are gone, more processing possible. staffing needs to be considered.

any sudden surge of applications could make movement slow or retrogress

6) prediction/estimates in visa bulletin have stopped ?

want to give only reliable estimates. due to covid etc, estimation has not been possible accurately

usually quarterly estimates are given in VB, october/nov bulletin can give more details on estimates.

if recapture comes, estimates will be delayed to November

7) How can check doc qualified (related to overseas post qn) ? National visa center website (CEAC)

9) how do you communicate with USCIS for EB ?

Monthly meeting. had it today 19th Aug for 1 hour. also gets service center reports and then Charlie uses that to publish bulletin

10) Non EB qn. Is NVC processing I5 and R5 applicants ?

11) No movement in Final action recently ? No movement expected of FAD in coming months, except mexico/philipines family, no Final action dates move in october for EB

1) last time 2015 to 2014, can it be EB3 india Jan 2015 for next bulletin ? more applications received in october hence retrogressed to 2014.

2) Eb3 feb 2016 in upcoming bulletin ? Definite NO

3) EB india filing dates in october ? Application filing dates may not move for anything except   India and China EB2, again it will depend info I receive next month.

It is expected that Application filing dates for october will be allowed by USCIS in October

4) how downgrade applications are processed ? its a uscis qn.

but until downgrade is approved, you will be in EB2 queue for calculation

5) principal & dependents not adjuducated together ? usually together, certain situations it might differ

6) F4 date movement ? no

7) Doc qualified vs Doc Complete ? kind of same.

😎 EB3 filing date July 31st 2015 ? No. many applications received. such EB3 movement to Jan1, 2015 not expected. unless Final action dates can reach that filing dates in 8-12 months dates wont be moved.

Also a reminder, medical needs to be submitted sooner, send timeline manner.

10) medical waiver possible ? cannot comment. Needs to come from top

11) final action eb3 move for october ? no movement for EB3 final action

12) sept bulletin current can be adjudicated by sept 30th ?

highly unlikely. 30,000 EB interviews are scheduled

13) Are we processing applications first on first come ? cannot comment on uscis. depends on office etc.. National visa center does FIFO

15) what happens to unused visa numbers ? dates have moved as much possible. Pandemic is not allowing to maximize number usage

Ridiculous all the 140s that were filed for downgrades were a huge time and resource waste because of him not moving EB2
