Detroit Asc..finger print fee deducted on feb3rd. Applied 485 october29th..they rejected saying 944 missing on december 12th ..we resent it back again on december 28th and they accepted on december 30th and got receipt on feb4th..

Actual ga every year manaki 100K through only USCIS family through consulates kabatti no issues but e year next year USCIS ne process cheyyali I140 lu. Asalu antha capacity vunda ani naa doubt. Still I am talking about I140. I don't want EAD I will prefer H1 anyway EAD echina kuda. 

@csrcsr last time adigavu Kada naa PD. naadi 2012. Waste cheyakunda anni process aithe GC chustha next year ki Ledu ante ade krishna raama. 

 

So far daily GC approvals numbers are not optimistic ani talk forums lo. Hope is they pick up the speed rest of the year. Otherwise they have to look for some loophole to apply spill over before it expires.

status of depends on the principal applicant, as long as PA has a EAD status being maintained, dependents are OK.. PA can still use if valid H1 exists while dependents  can use EAD

the moment PA switches how H1 to another employer, the 485 petition on which dependents are enjoying their privilege no longer holds, anduke AC21 use chesi employer switching safer option as it does not interrupts dependents status at all

whatever the situation consult an attorney, over intelligence choopichi book avvadam kante EAD/AC21 is much safer option
