One positive update my friend at old company who's pd went final date last bulletin and he filed in October his 485 approved no interview (card is still in process)( no ead ap good in this case )technically his 485 approved in 5 months juts formalities left (2010 feb) his lucky thing was he had medicals ready at the time of filing itself

I did the same ..i submitted medicals in october filing itself..hopefully it happens large scale and not one off cases herr and there

@csrcsr I am also planning similar, when I file AOS this year some time file with medicals, only I-485. may be skip EAD & AP. as per CO if we get spill over next FY as well. 6-8 months direct GC.. do you think its good strategy..

You need not skip bro if they can issue fast they will deny and give yiu gc midi 2011 ante gurantee ga edo category lo final action date current untadi mee perm approve aye varaki so hope for best. Get your 140s in track
