If you have family emergency or your case is out of normal processing times then you can expedite the I-131

Ah got it, don't think so bro AFAIK (not sure any time they did in past) for us to get gc I think 140 approve kavali, bio avali , FAD undali anukunta,  The problem is LIN and SRC lo ovariki FAD levu all dates are beyond 2011
