A service provider is not liable for what gets posted on their sites by their users as per law (otherwise no site can sustain if sites are held responsible). Their companies are ruled by competent attorneys and they know exactly what they are doing. They have community guidelines in place as terms of use and take down inappropriate content that is brought/comes to their attention and also take action against such offending users.
