and ? how long have been using and what is the outcome ?

I have been using it for 2 years now. Decent performance in terms of gains. But if you compare it to the S&P index, it has lagged. Which is understandable as they allocated a bit towards bonds and  what Schwab calls  value funds. How much allocation to each depends upon what you select for your risk profile.

Schwab does not charge a fee, but makes up for it by keeping a part of your allocation in cash. They would be making money off of it.

I had to take quite a few approvals for trades at my previous work place which were getting tiresome  and going the Robo account was easiest. Ideally you can invest yourself regualarly in a few index funds. At my current workplace approvals are a bit easy, so i may go this route.

Same with me, i am in TDOC and PINS. Down by a lot of percentage points. Luckily did not invest a lot in these. Other stocks that  i am down  in are Baidu and Tilray.
