If u asking about rent, i would say 0.4-0.6% is decent. U can also get better for commercial.

2 years back okka property vachindi hyd lo. 16crores price and almost 14 lakhs rent vasthundey. Me & 2 cousins wanted to buy it. But some politician came into picture and influenced the seller. Verey edo contract ippistha ani 12c ki dobbesadu.

I invested around 10c in 10 years but rents around 2 lakh vasthunayi eppudu need to invest more now to get 4lakh like more 10 c .. it’s very hard now a days
