If you have any feet problems, usually due to high arch or flat feet, try going to a local Asics store (better deals at Outlet Malls) and show them your feet. They will analyze and propose the right shoe model for you. They will let you know if you are over-pronation or Supination or flat fees.

You can also check this on Google and understand the type of feet you have.

Once you know what kind of feet you have, Asics, ON, Brooks, Saucony have specific models for each type. It makes huge difference once you start using the right shoe model.

Thanks, i think i will need to go through such a session. Lately having all sorts of feet problems. Never used to have any.

They won’t even charge you. Actually there are a lot of online stuff about the type of feet. Recognizing that is important.

i had severe plantar fasciitis. It used to come when i walk a lot. With the right ASICS show model, it’s gone. 5-10 miles is a cakewalk now.

Thanks, i will need to start looking into this. Sorry to know about the plantar fasciitis. And glad the shoes are helping.

no sarcasm i stopped buying nike shoes from 2021 stock is in downward trend from that even apparel not good. I used to have nike t shirts shorts but now a days quality is not great or too costly. 

if they come up with good products we caan reenter.

Running and gym ki Nike shoes worth. Air max antha style ki pani kosthav but no comfort  in my opinion
