The deal fell through as they were not able to agree on price. Now that HUM has reduced significantly, its quiet possible. We do not know until the news comes out. Price movements are critical. Money Managers usually have this kind of information and usually drag the prices down so that they can acquire more stock. Irrespective of acquisition, its a good buy IMO. I am adding some to my ROTH IRA profile.

Fundamentals will catch up. Agree it’s a small blip. It’s a good long term stock and the management has time and again proved that. Short term not good though.
