That temple had the highest assets in Nellore district , they wanted to take over all of those assets in between by altering records . Since no employee or public will come they will slowly forget about the temple , infact due to that temple has gotten less popular over time . 

This is all a nattter of public record , the closure and reopening after 3 years . 

Assets kooda 50% swaha chesaru , it is almost impossible to recover now sadly
