How do you guys handle work stress

Recently I understood iam very bad at it. Could not go to sleep peacefully. how you guys handle that.

Do your best, take help still doesn't work just surrender, this rat race will never end

I never felt stressed because of work. Work is just work. Maha ayite inko job vethukuntam. 

I feel stressed with life though ! May be pedda geeta chinna geeta emo that i dont realize chinna geeta.
