depends on the contract and agreement between the seller and the agents bro...naa agent ki seller 5% ichindhi...all the transactions were open though...my agent said that he requested 6% but the seller agreed for 5% to him...since the seller was also an agent who sold her house to me, her commission from the sale was 8%...

it all depends on builder , how much they want to pay the agent

when i bought the house , our agent was first time sale with the builder so they gave him 2%
