During my marketing they are asking for my DL, passport and visa copies pdf attached to the email , along with resume and other details like linkedIn , grad , is it not safe to send these items through email?

Problem with communication... they sent an email first followed by IM then call.. respond kakapote team members ni ping chestaru.... all these will happen in 3 to 5 minutes of first email...

I am thinking may be making sure you commit to client. Amendment cheste usually easy kadu ga maneyadam. On boarding after amendment ayite backoff avvalem. I dont know seriously why middle vendor needs to care about status. Asalu whole pooint of contracting is middle vendor or client doesnt need to care about status and employer will take care . Employer deploys the consultant for doing work. Emo
