Marinate for at least 2-3 hours for mutton. precook chesthe pulau aythadhi. Just half cooked rice paina vesi dum pettu, for sure aythadhi. (40mins + open lid after 5 min) 1, initially for 10min keep stove 30% flame and rest on 20%flame(simmer). Once 40-45 min done, turn off the stove. leave it for 5 mins and then open lid.
