Want to develop a website for my own purpose. Any suggestions on new technologies which are good to develop and maintain.

can we get enough information online ?? Not having that much opika/ dedicated time to attend classes time unnapudu cheddam ani learning kuda avthadi..

Wordpress provided and maintained freely by your hosting provider for timely updates so you can focus on your content rather than upgrades, maintenance, security, etc. Do not install your own copy because that will not be maintained by your host. Just use the one provided by the host with one click install which they will maintain for you with any updates/upgrades in a timely manner. Wordpress sites can get hacked/compromised if they are outdated and not applied with latest updates and patches and it is hard to keep updating it ourselves.

you can even find someone to develop the installed version from Craigslist or Fiverr or Upwork for cheap

Static webpages or dynamic  webpages. ?

If they are only static pages showing of your technical skill, then you can do it with github.
