Finance minister ki role emuntadhi in this process, railway ministry seperate ga budget present chesevallu kadha, apdu they use to send file to finance minister to approve funds for each project or it's own discretion a?? 

Do contractors play their role in releasing funds like scams happening in irrigation projects in ap and ts, or railway contracts tiskune valley takkuvaaa???

Freight corridors dedicated its just evolving in last 15 yrs..Its a on going process ippudu koncham okati ara finishing stage ki vachaayi.

Oho.. Private stations kuda konni untai kadha, I saw india cements building one station for its company purpose, do they come under freight corridors, freight corridors are all PPP model or only can government builds them

It depends on city expansion MMTS cannot go all places easily. Metro ki internal expansion ki koncham easy than MMTS.

There are so many projects RITES only doesn't do it , RVNL also is involved in many.

Zonal level they only look to operational & maintenance job don't work much on technological advancements but work in co-ordination with RITES & RVNL in new infra development.

Trains scheduling anedhi depends on controllers late avuthaayi due to various reasons but off late they increased slack for many trains just to show better punctuality @3$%

Freight traffic also acts as bit of barrier for trains punctuality ela ante mostly oka 2 mail/express/SF thravaatha oka frieght train run cheyyali ala..

Unless there are premier SF & Non Stop high priority trains which are very much punctual others do tend to be pretty much decent punctual..

 

Prathyekinchi emi chadhavaledhu chinnapti nunchi trains ante interest so ala follow avutha there are many sites to read about railways I even use to go thru time tables of few trains once new schedules are released its just interest and info available on net..

Yes pedha factories seperate lines untaayi connecting to nearest main railway head. Anni governement cheyyadhu its funded by companies by their own also.

Yes mafia anni chotla unthadhi antha political involvment untahdi local ga.

Changing machinery means rakes ?? Time to time changes avuthaayi as needed actually a single rake has shelf life of 25 yrs if maintained properly with POH in between once in 2-3 yrs. 

Monthly roll out avuthaayi coaches from various factories some are allotted to new trains when introduced  and some are used for replacement of existing ones.

Officers level lobbying untdhi telusunnollu unte aah states ki koncham extra chance with political influence added. North side lobbying ekkuva south nunchi lobbying ante Tamil Nadu vaallaki ekkuva..
