Jealousy! Hahahhaha, I said employer can revoke any time, USCIS will accept it or not, it’s upto USCIS decision.

They can revoke even beyond 180 days of approval if employer reports about the employe and claims it was filed on the basis of fraud etc. Which also looks bad on employer so it's usually very rare happening.

It’s a broad question, be specific.. what r your plans after 6months?

140 is employer document, he can revoke anytime he wants.

140 approve ayyaka I want to move on

Some say it is not good , and need to wait for 6 months cooking period

so I really have to wait

Some people talk & advise with half knowledge, they go by wordings, but it’s more than just wordings!!! Always check with your immigration attorney before taking any steps. Rules will be changing from time to time. I stayed with the same employer , for 6months even after getting GC. GC is for future job, It’s a advance commitment saying that u will work for the sponsoring employer , so working for atleast 6 months after getting GC is fair enough. I never violated any rules, though I had tempting opportunities.
