AirIndia was not refunding me close to 3 lakh rupees for more than 6 months. I opened up a grievance in airsewa @ https://airsewa.gov.in/grievance/grievance-redressal and got the refund within 15-20 days.

@viky If the ticket was originating from USA, you can file a complaint with DOT

airindia ki tweet pedthe vadu ecommerce valaki pampindi , vadu naku email chesindu refund issue chesamu 36 days padthi ani, kani paisal matram rale, kani refund ani status undhi anta... last moment lo inko 2 days undhi anaga bank dispute open chesina and vadu chooskunadu two tickets ki $318  cancellation last ki charge chesi last ki ayithe paisal otchinayi.. repu poduna ekada higher offficial email link share chestha direct ga valaki kotandi email ... in case if any of you guys did not get it.
