Chiru cannot be trusted, PRP was just one example. He is no less than a traitor, does just couple of good things to cover. I think PK is following his path too, only time will tell

No Bro there were lot of discussions on this pakka he took land for film industry improvement like training, muesuems etc etc

Below is GAS andhra artcile (not finding any)

Once again, the film personalities settled in Hyderabad are under focus. It is being rumoured that the Revenue department is likely to issue notices to director Raghavendra Rao.

They allege that Raghavendra Rao has flaunted the norms and constructed a commercial multi-plex in the land given for other purpose.

In the past, then government had allotted lands in prime locations to Raghavendra Rao, KS Prakash and Krishna Mohan to build recording theatres and studios.

However, due to various developments and the hike in land rates, Raghavendra Rao went ahead and built a commercial complex there.

For the same, he acquired the necessary papers to avoid any legal hassles from the TDP government which was in power then. At that time, late P Janardhan Reddy vehemently criticized the misuse of land.

Now, with the T government in power, the Revenue department has once again prepared a detailed report about the alleged siphoning of funds and misuse of land.

The officials say that a fresh notice would be served to Raghavendra Rao and that he will be given 10 days time. And if he does not give a convincing reply, then immediate action would be taken disclose the officials.

According to sources, CineMax owned by Raghavendra Rao will be served notices shortly in the same vain. It is learnt that in those allocations of lands which went in the name of development of Film Industry beginning in 1983 and went till 1999, At Banjara Hills Road No 2, lands were allocated to Raghavendra Rao and his sibling Krishnamohan Rao. Within these lands, Cinemax was constructed along with 0.5 acre extent of the parking lot. According to the most trustworthy sources, K.S. Prakash, son of Raghavendra Rao, will be served legal notices with a period of 10 days to respond. Following this, the alleged next target will be Anand Cini Services which is spread around in the area of 3.31 acres. This land is estimated a worth of Rs 100cr.
