Day trading for a living - is it sustainable?

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask—has anyone here actually stuck with day trading long-term? I'm curious if anyone transitioned from part-time to full-time successfully, and how you handled the emotional swings. Also, how do you set up your daily routine to stay focused without burnout? Thinking about getting back into it and would love some updated thoughts.

I’ve been trading on and off for a couple of years, and tracking what works and what doesn’t was always messy for me. What helped a lot was using tradelytic.com to review my past trades, see patterns, and figure out where I keep messing up. I didn’t realize how much I was losing on certain setups until I had it all laid out clearly.

Day trading eventually u will loose with one wrong move. Instead i prefer swing trading for a month or weeks. It gives time to course correct or study charts.
