WA doesn’t have state tax but NC have, can this be compensated with living expenses, property, sales tax.

Housing costs are too high, 20+ offers for single house and going for 100k+ than listing price. Summer 6 months it’s awesome but personally I am feeling depressed during winter season always cloudy and raining no sun.

Raleigh area is good for family living. But now housing is also costly here. ikkada kuda single house ki minimum 5 to 10 offers velthayi on the day it is listed itself. antha crazy ayindi. 2000 Sq. ft town homes kuda currently 470k ala vochesayi prices. You should have moved in 2018 or 2019 itself. now it is too late to save any money on housing. 

move now itself if you even have small desire for raleigh. They are currently started big improvements to down towns, new skyliners etc. it is going to be crazy in 3 to 4 years.

charlotte aafordable range lone dorukuthunnayi. try there. also as above guy said, try hollysprings area (30 mins to Raleigh). you might get 3 bed house in 450k range. Do not delay. Start seach now. next year onward that also will become expensive.

what bubble you are talking. in last 1 year alone, around 30 new companies came to raleigh area. almost 5k new jobs created here those 30 companies. apple alone creating another 4k jobs in next year.
