tax payers should be encouraged to work and pay more taxes not the useless folks who live on unemployment, unemployment for 3-4 months is understandable, anything beyond means they are useless

If low income people spend their stimulus money to pay bills, that won't necessarily stimulate the economy. If the stimulus 💰 given to middle class is used to buy high end products that they wouldn't otherwise buy, that will stimulate the economy. Giving stimulus check to middle class is really what is needed.
