NC lo maamulga ledu.. 5-10 offers in single day.. I bought a home 6 months ago.. now same community is listing 30k more for same home..

Calif or HCOL areas lo pull back undaka povachu. The people buying are knowingly throwing money irrespective of good or bad. 

SFH residences and 1st time buyers who are doing under 20% down are going to get a small reality check where they cant make absurd offers as properties are not getting appraised. Alanti areas lo a reality check is slowly happening which I do not call a pull back. For that reason, sellers are leaning towards non-FHA buyers. All of that does not apply to the usual areas where Desis buy as most are cash rich offers. If you are a buyer eyeing on getting a place with 5-10% down - you will be at a disadvantage irrespective of the offer price.
