They are just paying 5% down. Max they loose 25 to 30k and they enjoy house as long as they stay in home. Madhyalo house price perigithe refinance with cash out and investment is back. Same like 2005

Yeah this is new trend .. every one buying homes Nk matter if they don’t understand the closing costs or whatever . But it’s good in the long run if they stay there for some 5-10 years

Yeah.. same trend is observed. House konnaka india lo stuck aythey house paristhithi yenti ? 

Once you buy a house you are tied to that location. flexibility of moving to another city for better job/salary will be out of window.

lot of companies pay sign on bonus when moving to new location. Few companies even take care of real estate agent commission.
