at least in texas it takes sometime to do documentation.

I lived there for few years and got the F out of bay area when I got chance, I expected most of IT batch will do same with this WFH option. but it's total opposite !

 why people really wants to stay in bay area even if you have WFH option ? wht is the ground report ?

San Francisco downtown city lo taggayi prices, everywhere else it didn't drop.

Bay area has wonderful weather, if not for being expensive, it's everyone's dream location. So, why not?

SF downtown lo you'll get a home which looks like a box with no backyard and at best a single car garage even if you pay like $2 million, that's the problem. Most homes in a planned neighborhood with a backyard cost upwards of 3.5 million
