My question is 700k worth it for frisco? They wont make 200k each like they do in cali kada.

Moreover they will be paying 2.6% property fax for that house which will be around 18k with emi,home insurance,hoa bongu boshanam.

Frisco is next Bay Area Silicon Valley as per IT Pandits.

after 3-5yrs no more custom homes in frisco, better buy now or buy town homes condos like NY down the line for almost same pricing...
