Oh got him. He was the producer of Hello Brother movie.

He tried to become PulkaHead (KulaPedha) for sometime in 2004 when he dealt a brokerage deal between Bellam family and Balaiah during shooting episode.

Later Ramoji came into the scene and threw this Pulka out and claimed his KulaPedha role which is continuing till now.
