Modi Govt completely failed in every aspect to handle the 2nd wave. They had indications of 2 nd wave for more than a month when Mumbai was seeing a spike. Idiots did not care to stock the necessary medications nor ready with vaccinations. I know we are 1.4 billion population but with effective govt mesaures this catastrophe would have been avoided. They should not have let loose on the public gatherings movies malls and political gatherings/elections.
