Nope if you have concurrently filed after 180days from reciept date of 485 you are protected ac21 bro

Guys - I think AC21 use cheyadaniki 180 days counter from the date USCIS has given you receipt date not the date we sent the application packet.

Most of the OCT filers have received receipts from Jan-Feb time frame. That means most of us are not eligible for AC21 yet.

Basically look at your I485 notice and add 180 days from the receipt date printed on it.

Is this true? My application Received date is Oct 29th(Eb2-Eb3 downgrade, June '2011 PD)), I 140 is approved, waiting for my EAD still. My question is , if my new employer applies for I-485 J , am I safe?

Safe fully safe but you have to join your new employer on h1 (plus 485j ) transfer since your first ead is pending bro
