-- USCIS is reverting the Trump time policy of considering each H1B Extension as a new application. 
-- Now, they will consider the extension as continuation. This should result in higher approval rates and peace of mind for employers and H1B and L workers.

Nothing is Black and White. first 6 months maintaining continuous employment is a MUST. 

 

After 6 months, you can change employer and file 485J antunnaru. Doesn't tell if we have to maintain 6 months of continuous employment after 485J.

Better maintain H1 and stick to the employer. Time baleka pote strong interview officer dorikite they can always fasak your 485. I know one guy in New Jersey whose i485 is pending for 1 year after the interview because of some issues with this employer's I140. He approached the senator last week to expedite but no use so far..
