jambalhaatraja Posted May 16, 2021 Report Share Posted May 16, 2021 Just my thoughts In CA keeping other things aside buying a home is far distant dream..good school district good areas go 1.2-1.4 M for single family.else you have to settle for town house that too edo name sake homes avanni.ee jeevitaniki ide anukovali so you keep renting for multiple years and not building equity Other cities/states salaries a bit less but if you buy home earlier you are in fact investing in yourself like building equity. So If you just staying in CA ,feel proud and keep renting for 10 years(like some 250K-300K paying in rents 25-30K for 10 years) its absolutely bad financial planning .
