Same thing Happened in US, UK, France , Israel lot of people died when compared to the Population Numbers in India... since our News Paper's cover only negative news for their political agenda,  you see it that way... India was better than that... most of them had innovative ways to get help their loved ones... most of the people helped themselves rather than depending on the GOVT...   Do not compare us with West when it comes to crisis.. most of the Indians are self reliant all they need is small push to the brighter side...
