This hike is temporary. Once RM supply goes up more and more real estate brokers will enter and make new lands into new communities new homes. Prices has to come down.

Prices itla ne up up ante inflation perigipotadi.

Ipudu levu bro.. all sold out . 4 bd 21/2 bath . Chala spacious untadi . So far I’m happy with my new home . I bought at 570k last November . Last one home sold 1 month back 630k malli 2800sq ft .
