Lakhs of people got GC’s and EAD’s in the last one year. So now they are thinking of buying a home. 2. People are moving to (supposedly) low cost places like Dallas, Austin, Florida etc thereby increasing the rates there. 3. Remote work options due to Covid and also some companies are giving permanent wfh.. so people are buying even far away from the city center. 4. So many people made hell lot of money on stocks and crypto in the last 1 year. 5. People are seeing Real estate as a good investment and as a good return for their money.
