Frankly this is the ONLY area in entire Hyd which is inside the ORR and prices are still at 6-7K. This is because this is such a huge venture of 2000 acres. Its only matter of time for this to get a push/pump to 20K. I am also eagerly waiting for this push. In 2016 I bought for 1450/sq.yard from direct owner

Any area 10kms outside ORR is also quoting 20K lately.
