6 months pettachu ... That is what I did and do denying at least for me... But I do not think denying is based on length of request...

online lo apply chesina vallu 3 months nundi waiting and still no receipt issued.... you should be OK to continue to stay since u applied kada....USCIS chaala slow ga unnaru. so dont worry.....fingerprint process is new thing. 2019 lo in-laws ki extn apply chesinappudu lekunde....probably last yr ala introduce chesaremo.

but again, receipt notice ke months paduthundi...ee lopu next 6 months stay kuda aipovachu. But dont extend beyond that....make sure your family leave by end of that extn period...appatike close to 1yr avthundi kada
