Mr Jaitley noted that while speaking at two different functions in Madhya Pradesh on Monday, Mr Gandhi made two references to him.

In the first one, Mr Jaitley said that Mr Gandhi claimed "I have admitted that Vijay Mallya met me in parliament. He further claims I have further admitted that Mallya told me that he was escaping to London and that I helped him to escape".

With regards to Vijay Mallya, the minister said as a Member of Parliament, Mallya once chased him in the corridor of parliament to discuss his case.

How did they escape airport ? yes it would be a ghar ka mamla within india if they could hide the crime. But huge thousands of crores of loans that too from govt banks means there is just no way to hide.

Legally , just like how the courts permitted sujana Chowdary to travel abroad . What if he never returns ? 

Vijay Mallya is an exception , he is a victim who genuinely lost a lot of his own money in the venture . Even ED attached enough money to pay back all the loans 

They are scapegoating Mallya to coverup thousands of other defaulters

I know you will bring you caste/region angle in this.  Courts did not permit Mallya - he left on a passport he had.  Courts permitted srujana. VIjay mallya lost his money aithe  bank debt ekkanindi vacchindhi - vijya malla gaade 6.2k crore appu auntunnadu - adhi kooda nee tweet lone. Nuvvemo own money antunnav.

As usual you never say even simple facts. That caste grudge completely ruined your thinking. If mallya had 14k crores assets to back up his 6.2k crore debt why couldnt he pay off his debt by selling his assets. Uk ki parigetthalsina avasaram endhi.

Vijay Mallya was chosen as a scapegoat because of his very public & lavish lifestyle

vijay mallya is a businessman, who promoted his brand like crazy and allowed his business to fail to keep his brand. He's still a legitimate businessman who made bad choices.

srujana chowdary -- hmm, i don't know who he is. must be one of those govt contractors/brokers, running multiple businesses across sectors through his political contacts. The absolute worst in Indian business world.
