Is drinking milk every night before sleep is good for health?

Lactose is a milk sugar and people get intolerant to lactose as they age, as long as you are good with lactose and additional sugar in your diet you should be fine.

Night not so good bro. Activity takkuva untadhi . For kids and teens or less than 30 varaku ok. But ikada lifestyle ki avtivity lekunda untam. Always have it in the mrg.

I am thinking to include more vitamin diet in my food and am less fruit person bro.

so apart of rice and curries how should I include more vitamin diet in my routine? 

i used to take multivitamins but I stopped it as I want to improve my stamina

Egg scrambled for breakfast. Oats thinagaligithey thinu dont force youself on it. Just two idly with lots of peanut chutney thinu. Else get a nice oat or whole wheat bread with peanut butter. Upma brown dhi thinu ( ekuva thinaku quantitues), oats thinu one day or twodays. After noon lunch not more than a bowl of rice and some curry ( tg vallu/ rayalseema thinnatlu goddu masala karam thinaku). Eve almonds thinu( dont foeget this/walnuts), use olive oil manchidhi shoprite or kroger or anyotger store lo extra virgin untadhi tesko. Night light diet tesko/ chapathi and edhina game or walking for an hour or atleast 3 times in week. Full ga paduko mrg coffee/ tea with less sugar (acidity emina untey tagaku). Curries eh konchem different differnt chesko. Pappu is very good eat a cup or rice with pappu and curd man. Tok much diet cheyaku look at your mom/ dad if they are good your will have healthy life.

I stopped drinking whiskey and vodka. Only beer on weekends, cycling and gym regularly. So don’t wanna make my effort go waste
