Have we foregone our traditional architecture/constructions style

The architecture of the future is one where a million people live in one structure with a thriving local economy

India can take lead in building such megastructures instead of obsessing about useless single homes

I kept some traditional elements when I built my house, like a central courtyard and wooden grills, but mixed in modern stuff too. One cool addition was setting up garden rooms in the backyard, which let me enjoy the outdoor vibes while still having some privacy and shade. Found a few good ideas over at garden rooms that blended well with the look I wanted.
