That body is either photoshopped or he was on growth hormones / roids.. If anyone thinks that the body in that picture can be obtained naturally with just protein powder, they are not familiar with the world of body building..

Small amounts lo it’s okay. Especially if it’s plant or diary based.

I take 2 scoops whey isolate bro. concentrate kante ide better anaru. I consulted a nutritionist and they said I can take it. Usually mana weight in kgs*0.8 should be total grams of protein minimum intake per day ani cheparu. Anduke 2 scoops whey isolate and rest from food teskuntuna. This is not for building muscle..just nutrition supplement laga.

I don’t think building muscle has any added value from health perspective. As long as your cholesterol is in control and your cardiovascular health is in good condition. We are all set. Building muscle on its own has no big benefit. 
 

In contrary I have seen people who abuse their body for sake of getting massive muscle gains. Other than vanity it has no added value in health stand point.

Who said that bro....Building lean muscle has multiple health benefits starting from burning more calories yes...muscle burns more calories as a result you'll stay leaner...

It helps in joint health and also core muscle strength helping in holding the posture even when we age ....

Avoid anything that’s processed as simple as that. Any item that has shelf life is no bueno..

Haha. That vascularity and bulk for Akhil requires anabolic steroids. Akhil and Nag family bodies are ectomorph bodies. They can't carry that bulk. No one in public will agree that they use steroids. Raana got kidneys fasaked both due to steroids and as well Dru-$.
