Amazon nundi vachi look for state government contract jobs everything will be right u will have lot of time everything. May be will get a pay cut of 40% but life will be balanced. Why would anyone quit a it career ?

Bro I went through a phase of depression several years ago similar to you. Took a break and went to India for 6 months. Employer gadu co-operated, kept my H1 active, stamping was already done so I had no worries. Travelled all over India Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Goa, Maha Rashtra, Maldives. It was the best 6 months of my life. It was then that I have decided that I don’t want to be a slave to a corporate job. I have been planning my exit since then. Right now I make around 1.5L per month in rents in India. Currently buying my own villa in Hyd. In another couple of years I am out of this rat race.

Honestly naku telsi US lo unde 99% of Desi batch are not happy, they just pretend to be happy ante. They are stuck here ante and slowly they accept their fate.

Also start working out I mean not cardio or hikes, do some hardcore weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ Trust me it will be hard initially but after 6 months or so you will get addicted to it. It will give you a kick both physically and mentally. The testestrone levels will stabilize your mind and make you look younger
