It took me good 6 years to hit 100k mark.. the big mistake I did in those 6 years was sticking to comfort zone. 

Bay area move ayyaka ardham ayindi career ni ela plan chesukovalo. If u think u deserve promotion but denied, just move. Work hard and at the same time be loyal to only urself

yup agree, clarity okate kaadu I guess discipline and focus are two other things that really help fast forward one's career if there is clarity.

mee Dir frnd must be comparing with this other frnds/ex-collagues etc who are in the same position and obviously intha clear career path unnodiki, next promotion meeda already plans start chesuntadu...like Sr Dir or change company and get a VP job somewhere. Imagine his circle lo couple of them got VP, then nee frnd kuda nee laage night nidra lekunda ade pani ga aloochisthuntadu.

sometimes its career, sometimes it financial thing (this is more headache than career comparison)
