If GC FAD is current and you dont have 140 appropved your file will not be touched anna , get the a140 approved ahead, we are seeing many rfes friends in db as well as outside , close tthe bokkalu fast instead of waiting till the end 140 is foundation for your entire 485

No way bro only less than 5% are getting approved in regular , 140 approve ayaka ead ap vachina yiu can use confidently

And also premium if I downgrade there is chance it might take.more than 15 days if they deny the premium first so better plan accordingly, yku came this far if 3k is not big deal I will do premium  IMO

GC raadu bro at least pending 485 advantages untayi kada emergency cases lo ead AP (avi kuda sakaga iyadam ledu thats different discussin) vaati tho santosha padadame , ead ap is new gc for us

EAD ki pending ane concept untundi

485 ki pending undadu - only waiting. 

The key difference is when they open your file for 485 adjudication - your date has to be current. 

For instance nee 485 file April 2022 lo open chesaranuko - appatiki nee PD Current undali. Ee madhyalo retorgress aithe nuvvu 485 kosam wait cheyyali anthe. For 485 completion - a visa number should be allocated to you. If visa numbers are not available you have to wait. 

2012 lo same happened. Vallanadariki 7-10 years tarvata GC vachindi.

Depending on the PD there is a high chance many people will be stuck in EADs. It is still better than being stuck in H1B though.

you have to be in the simiar job role , as long as you get 485j bonafide more or less similar to your earlier job rule tjats good bro you ahve to have one full time matching the job ,
