Past lo one or two cases thappa naakaithe SC & HCs meedha nammakam undhi. They are too big to fall in the trap. There is more scrutiny on their judgments by the people and the press and their judgement would be compared against the constitutional rules. So they can't stray away easily even if they wanted. Bail meedha vellu bayataku vastharu and they do what they like. Ultimately they may give a guilty verdict or after several postponements a key witness dies/goes missing and the case never concludes.
