Accepted a full time job couple of weeks ago. Very good opportunity. Background check and drug test are complete.
 

prority date September 2013. I-485  concurrently filed with eb3 downgrade in October 2020. SRC. Fingerprints first week of June lo ayyaya. Last week 140 premium processing vesthe, ninnane RFE padindi. Inka reason teleedu. Next week lo Kotha employer ready to file my H1 in premium.

You should have got 140 approved before motukuna 100 posts padi untayi only worry is now we have a number 140 approve chesetapadiki h1 transfer kuda kanapadithe not sure on implications

Yes. The idea is to join new company after 140 approval. So I will be forcing my current employer to respond to RFE ASAP.

I will try to postpone H1 filing from new employee for couple of weeks. Hopefully they agrees.

Any idea if Uscis can relate medicals to my case if I submit medicals along with i140 RFE or may be 485J??

No… old employer is not aware of new job yet. I will let them know once My H1 transfer is approved.

People tried may it has more odds than stand alone interfile , just file a copy nothing harmful worst case medical rfe later yiu can submit one more

already premium processing ki upgrade chesthene, Vaadu RFE vesadu. Planning exactly to do what you said. 
1) force my present employer to respond ASAP.

2) buy more time from new employer.( this is the hard part). 

3) get 140 approved and then move to new employer and file 485j along with medicals. 

too many things should work out in my favor for this to happen.
