I mean the virus is mutating every day , sure they made hasty relaxations to save the economy but there's nothing wrong in taking dynamic decisions for problems which are not fully understood yet 

It will take  atleast 3,4 years to fully understand this virus

they said the only way to stop virus mutation is if everyone in the world gets vaccinated but that’s not going to happen anytime soon. Israel had one of the highest vaccination of any country and still they started getting cases now.
